Real estate transactions: registration according to the new rules

Analysts of the domestic real estate market state the sudden revival of the real estate market in a number of Ukrainian cities. The peculiarity of such activity is that no one expected it to a month, which is traditionally a month of vacation and, accordingly, a lull in the real estate market. At this time, they are also actively trying to rent an apartment in Donetsk Kalininsky district. But such activity, unfortunately, does not indicate the improvement of the conditions for the provision of mortgage loans or the rapid increase in the income of most citizens of the country. This activity is primarily due to the fact that already starting in August, and then September, new changes are entered into the current procedure for conducting transactions with real estate objects. According to most experts, this is the main reason for activity after which you can expect paralysis of the entire market for several months.
