The cost of construction will increase by 10%

Valeria Meshcheryakova, who is the chairman of the board of directors of the company of M Mr Consulting Group, predicts that throughout this year the total indicator of the cost of construction work on the construction of residential real estate objects can increase by 7-10 percent. Such growth can be expected with a stable national currency course that will not go beyond the provided inflationary level. As the main reasons for the growth of the cost of construction work, the cost indicators for building materials, as well as high prices for metal were called. Naturally, an increase in the cost of building square meters is appropriately reflected in the value of residential real estate, in particular apartments. In accordance with the available forecast data, for the period of the current 2013, the overall indicator of the increase in the value of residential real estate may be about 10.5 percent, which actually confirms information regarding the growth of the cost of construction work. A growth rate of more than 10 percent takes place when comparing with the cost of apartments in new buildings recorded last 2012.
